I've used this company twice in the past two months. I paid for a deep clean with pet hair both times. I was very, very happy with Kelli and her associate on the initial clean in November - detail-oriented and thorough. I was so happy that I requested Kelli for my follow-up deep clean + pet hair. She brought her own vacuum. I was pretty ecstatic that I found such a great a regular cleaner!

Showed up two hours past a two hour window. Charged for a 6.5 hour clean, but were gone in 2 hours. Basic cleaning ignored. Examples…Dust on furniture and hearth and many other places completely untouched . Glass table tops not cleaned (I.e. still have drinking glass ring clearly visible), absolutely no corners cleaned, on top of basic under table and chair cleaning. (Extremely superficial swipe at floors). Wooden bedroom furniture untouched. Window ledges clearly ignored (including obvious, very visible ones like over the sink.). This is a partial list. Worked with Tabitha to schedule and she was very sweet and professional. On the day of the cleaning we had Maxine and she was excellent. House was sparkling clean after. I don't want to give them one star because it wasn't a horrible experience or anything. "Could've been better" basically nails it. First of all, the woman was an hour late. That was fine, though, because I was working from home. She was nice, got right to work, and did a decent job. The bathroom and kitchen were pretty great. But I paid extra for a "deep clean" and "pet hair" and I feel like she could have been a lot more thorough. For instance, she didn't dust anything, and didn't move anything aside to vacuum or sweep. She vacuumed upstairs

Really fantastic work. Tabitha, the coordinator, was responsive and incredibly flexible. Kelli and her sister did an amazing job with the cleaning: wearing masks and shoe covers to protect the recently-cleaned carpets. They worked hard for several hours, removing some scary-looking battle scars. I couldnt be happier and plan to be a returning customer. I'm especially impressed given the circumstances of COVID and the labor shortage.

The cleaning itself was okay. I specifically asked about carpet cleaning and it doesn't appear to have been done. They also broke my closet door and then stopped answering me after saying they were going to look into the incident. I still paid, wasn't looking for a refund (businesses have to make their money) I just wanted answers. I keep my makeup in that closet so I know the door was fine when I left the home for the cleaning. It was broken when I came home. Unprofessional behavior.

Kelli and Ginny were amazing! My condo was being cleaned prior to being put on the market so I wanted it to look great They did an amazing job cleaning things I never thought would come clean. Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning everything Kelli gave me amazing tips on how to keep certain things clean in my new place and what products to use. I loved how she shared her many years of knowledge with me. I am so grateful for their service and look forward to booking with them again

I paid Smiles Are Maid $329 for a full house clean up after my former tenant moved out. I sent pictures and instructions letting them know the things I specially wanted cleaned (i.e. the smoke stains in the living room and smears on the walls/doors).
Here are some of the pictures/videos my new tenant sent me after the cleaner left the premise. There was a lot that was left uncleaned and the smoke stains in the living room looks unchanged.
I was really disappointed to say the least especially after considering how much they charged me for the service.

Kelli and team did a great job. I hired them to do a move in cleaning for our new home. They arrived on time even though it was snowing heavily and got right to work. They did such a good job and it was such a good price (about 60% of the quote I got from Merry Maids) that I decided to hire them to clean the house I moved out of too, although I originally was planning just doing that myself. They wore masks the whole time.

Switched maid services after 3 years. We had Smiles are Maid come out once and they did a great job. Problem is they can't get here on time.
Second visit again wasn't on time. Apparently my time isn't worth anything as I sit and wait for their arrival. Never made fun of the cleaners cars. Geez what is wrong with you. Only stated that when a car leaks oil and gas they should park in the street. Your 2nd cleaner wanted me to handle her road service. I asked her if she had AAA. I shouldn't have to use my AAA for your employees. As for pictures of me laughing at your employee

The ladies who cleaned my home wore masks and stayed on task. They completed all of my requests and kept moving the entire time. They did a great job. My best friend recommended this company and more specially Sheena. I've been very pleased. Sheena is very thorough. Even old school cleans the floors on her hands and knees! It might take a bit longer but she's never in the way or disrupting. She's been great during COVID, wearing a mask and doing extra sanitizing of commonly touched areas. She's genuine, personable, and kind to my aging mother and aging dog. Tabitha, is also outstanding. I get quick, courteous responses no matter what time of day. I also like that I can set up or make changes to my existing every 2 week cleaning

This is a great cleaning company. Tabitha was very fast in responding, answering questions and providing an estimate that came in lower than several other companies I requested estimates from. Smiles Are Maid was able to clean our condo during these challenging pandemic times and did exactly what they promised to do. I will be calling them again if needed.
