I called Devine Shine and scheduled an appointment for Monday, November 16 for a gutter cleaning. They were a no-call, no-show. When I called to find out what happened, I was told I had the day wrong, that we had scheduled for Monday, November 23. I got a call on that day at 5 pm, after our scheduled 3 pm appointment, that they got a late start due to the cold weather and that they couldn't beat the sun to make our appointment. They said they'd TRY to get to me by Friday, November 27th.

I’m not one to leave a poor review but I feel the workmanship of Devine Shine warrants my time to do so.
I recently purchased a house in Canton with a lot of dirty windows. I decided to have professionals come and help me out. I had Devine Shine out yesterday 8/6/20 and am left very dissatisfied with their workmanship. They told me they’d be here around 2 ish but time may vary based on how the the day may play out, which I completely understand. When I called a little after 2 to understand what time I could expect them Eric sounded caught off guard. As if he completely forgot about my appointment
