Today we had the carpet and sofas cleaned at our dad's house in preparation for Thanksgiving. My sisters and I all live out of state and are bringing our little ones...some are in the crawling stage, so we wanted to clean things up a bit. It was such a great experience, I'd give 6 stars if I could.
1: the gentlemen who came to the house (I think the owner) was very professional, yet friendly and warm.
2: he communicated well and arrived on time.
3: as stated earlier, this is my father's house. He's in the hospital fighting brain cancer and none of us children live in town. My sister arrived

Full Circle Carpet Cleaning - Livonia offers flawless carpet cleaning services!!! After two weeks my stains have not come back. I know the reason is that your technician didn`t get the carpets too wet and they dried in 2-3 hours. They smell great and I had no problems so I scheduled for them to clean my upholstery. They restored my sofa and love seat I had in the recreation room that my dog had used for years. I cannot find any hairs on it and it looks and smells great!

This is the only way that carpet and furniture should be cleaned. We are very pleased, not only with the service but also with the long-term results. We had stains that I would not have believed they could remove. I thought the 4 yr. old carpet was shot. But months later, I can`t even see where the stains were.
