This is the second time I have used this company. First time we cleaned carpets and did some restretching which has held up well. This time we just cleaned the carpet .
They are very responsive and update you when they are coming . Their communication is great . They also will move some furniture for you to clean under . I definitely will continue to use them .

I called and the gentleman was very nice. He made an appointment to view my furniture and carper, but never called back or came. I called a second time and made a second appointment, but he didn't call or come for that either. I'm very disappointed.
Update: There was some miscommunication but they have been more than accommodating. My furniture, carpet, and rugs look fantastic. Very Happy Customers!!!

Excellent! Excellent service! Called Bob out of desperation when Home Depot contractor never called or showed up to do the work. Bob and Dennis were over in a hour and an hour later the job was done! Could not be more pleased. Home Depot could learn a lesson or two from them about great customer service. Great company I will call them again!

Had carpets cleaned by Bob at Carpet Clinic today. He came over to view the job and gave us a very reasonable quote, was very flexible about when we wanted it done and was here on time.
