Typically we don't write reviews but in the case if Kader Construction and Jawad Abdulkader, we very much wanted to. Over two years ago, we launched into a substantial renovation and addition to our all stone and cement house. Working through many of the architectural complexities with Tom Manion (Manion & Associates), we handed completed plans to Jawad after considering other possible GCs.
The addition is a sun room with a 14-foot ceiling architected to blend into the style of the original house. Jawad came in on budget and the promised timetable. He paid close attention to the details of the job, frequently suggesting improvements to the design. I appreciated his not cutting any corners or using cheap materials.
My husband and I first met Jawad Abdulkader in 1990 when we were looking for someone to remodel our kitchen. He was introduced to us by my father and it was the best introduction he ever made to me. The renovation went as planned and within the time frame promised by Mr. Abdulkader. Again, I found his crew to be very professional, polite, and clean.
We thank you for the numerous improvements and repairs you made to our homes over the past 14 years. You are unquestionably a master craftsman, taking pride in your work. You are extremely reliable, and we appreciate the care and attention you give to all details involved, including keeping the job site neat and clean.
