My daughter and my two grandchildren was visiting her friend , my Grandson who is 8yrs old locked my daughter keys in her car. This company boots her car , while my daughter and kids standing by the car!! I'm on the phone with her , talking to a lock smith, the rep was very rude and nasty . After talking to their call service , she was no help and she was told by the owner we have 24hours to pay for the boot before the price go up°!! The money not the problem !! The keys locked in the car!!! And she waiting on the locksmith

When I read other bad reviews for A1, I'm surprised because my purchase experience is very good with this company. I compared prices with several major companies online before I finally decided to buy from A1. A1 has the best price than all the others. I was a little concerned about the quality because the price was too good. I contacted the sales team at A1 and felt the team was very professional and patient. They answered all my doubt and questions. They sent pictures taken from their showroom to show the real items other than the online pictures so I felt more confidence to their products. I

Might as well throw your money in a fire pit or down the toilet. Our restaurant ordered 40 new chairs from A1 restaurant furniture. Every single chair was damaged. The chairs were gouged, scraped down to bare metal in multiple spots on EACH chair. The glides look like they were dragged on asphalt or concrete,. Some of the glides were wore down flat before arriving to us. When we called to return the chairs and refuse delivery they wanted us to take pictures of every chair and send to them: we did. Their response was that they’ll send us a bottle of spray paint for us to repair all the bare metal

Purchased 18 tables. They arrived and looked great. Within 30 days every table including ones that were never used were delaminated and unuseable. Sent video to A1. They agreed that tables were garbage but were unwilling to replace the tables. They sent me a refund of $825.00 dollars leaving me out over $2400.00 in brokerage fees and shipping. A lot of money to have tables for 60 days. Will never use A-1 again and strongly suggest that no one else does.

We were reluctant to purchase furniture from this site due to the other review, but they had exactly what we wanted for the best prices. We ordered and hoped for the best, and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything is exactly what we wanted and we received it super fast. We ordered metal chairs, barstools and cast iron table bases, and they all feel like they will last through lots of use.
