Everyone I spoke to and met from the company was knowledgeable and friendly. The man who installed my new heat pump was obviously well experienced and answered all my questions. The price they quoted was the price I paid. I feel I received a good product at a fair price. I highly recommend Armstrong & Son to anyone who needs HVAC service.

They were the lowest quote of the 4 I got, they showed up when they said they would and they were professional. I also had a refrigerant leak several months after it was installed and it stopped cooling. I emailed them in the evening (middle of summer) and they were there the next day to repair what was a manufacturer's defect.
