Norris Mechanical is great. They do quality work and the technicians are amazing. The problem with Norris Mechanical is the customer service from office. I have used Norris for all of my business and homes within the past 12mos totally $10’s of thousands in dollar amount and all of it is quality work with great response from the owner and Techs. The ladies in the office are extremely unprofessional and lack the capability to interact with any customer service edict or decently. Almost enough that I would consider changing HVAC companies to service the 7houses and over 10units that need to be

Outstanding : Arrived on time, replaced my old heat pump system, walked me through the system operation, energized the system and cleaned up the work area.
After the installers left, I conducted a detailed inspection of the installation. I could not find a single thing wrong or out of place.

Norris just finished installing 2 complete state-of-the-art heat pump systems at our 5000+ sq. ft. house. They completed the entire huge job in 2 days. I love Norris mechanical! I called Monday about my dryer vent, there is a bird in the vent and wanted the vent cleaned as well. They sent a nice young man over to assess and today 2 young men came to get the birds nest and clean the vent. The technicians are friendly, polite and did more than I even asked. They shortened the dryer vent for efficiency. We lived in Kitty Hawk and they serviced our units at our old house and replaced an A/C unit. Thanks for the prompt professional service.

I was so impressed with Norris. They came right out and gave me a price to replace both my HVAC Systems. I was away when they did the work, and what was so wonderful is that they were clean and put coverings over my floors in my restaurant. The price was great too! If you need repairs or replacement this is the company to go to. There is a reason they have been in business so long and it is called customer service. I have had a lot of repairmen over the years, but his was by far the best company and the workmanship was superb!
