Trademark heating and air is an outstanding compay. The installation of the units, quality of craftsmanship and cleanliness after the completion of the job superseded my expectations. During the heat wave we've experienced the past few weeks, out bedroom AC unit began failing. Trademark (Skylar) came out, diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. We slept in almost 90 degree temps for 6 nights. The parts came in Tuesday afternoon, and Skylar installed them between 5 - 9 p.m. on that same hot evening. Thank you for the good service.

I have never been a fan of ignorance nor racism and the owner, Mr. Kline, apparently represents both. I will not be using his business nor recommend anyone else to use it either. The screenshots of a conversation I saw that took place between himself and a young African American man were disgusting! Unfortunately I do not have the option to upload the screenshots of what I found online or I would gladly have provided them.

Very happy with the work done installing a complete new AC system. Shopped around and asked around before choosing. Chris, who inspected the house and old system is definitely worthy of a PHD in air conditioning. Scotty and crew who did the work, were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I left them at the house all day, alone. I returned to a job very well done and a house in exactly the same condition it was when I left...very clean workers. Definitely recommend chatting with them before you decide on which company to go with. When the up stairs unit bites the dust, I will use Trademark to replace

We have had multiple opportunities to call Trademark to do work for us; they are always prompt, their techs are extremely professional (Chris, Skylar, and Chris Jr are each especially clear and thorough at diagnosing the problems and explaining the different options for resolving them). We have also received excellent service from the team in the office. They have gone out of their way to keep us updated on projects, when parts are ordered, when to expect a tech to arrive; you name it! The whole Trademark organization is top notch. My wife cut a cord to our HVAC unit Saturday evening and did a quick Google Search and Trademark came up, I was a little nervous, but the technician, Chris did a fantastic job. We first received an email from the company a picture of Chris and estimated time of arrival. Once he showed up, he did the repair and also pointed out a few other things we could get done. He explained everything he was doing and helped me understand the process. The cost was very reasonable as well, for the work that was completed and the time of day. I will use Trademark again when the need arises.

I recently called several local HVAC companies, and got quotes for a new HVAC unit. I decided to go with Trademark, because they were very prompt on coming out to give me a quote, .not to mention they came out after 5:00 when I got off work to give me the quote unlike the other 2 companies I called. The quote was in line with what we expected to pay. I have 2 units, and wanted to move the working unit that was downstairs upstairs, and both other companies had quoted me a pretty good charge to move it. Trademark said they would do it at no additional charge. Another plus! I got a much larger unit
