We had an amazing experience shopping for a sofa at Addison House.
After looking for so long and being recommended to visit their Aventura Showroom we decided to go and see if we could finally find our sofa, we had very specific measurements and this why it was really difficult to find one. Upon arriving we were greeted and asked if it was our first time visiting the store, a few moments later a lovely Sales Person by the name Esther introduced herself explained us that they represent more than 120 different vendors from all over Italy and anything they have on the showroom can be customized

Nice furniture, but beware of quality on ware & tear and especially of raspy-voiced lady in the Avetura location. She Made the experience very unpleasant, she is very aggressive and only interested in speaking to you if you're making a decision right then and there. Ask for someone else so that you can have a quality experience.

And, they will even custom design closets and wall units to fit your specs and tastes! Addison house has a wide variety of contemporary merchandise, most of which can be purchased at other local stores with similiar prices. I would recommend you buy your furniture at other establishments, since the customer service at Addison House is poor. I have called their customer service for assistance and it became too difficult and time consuming to get any issues resolved.

I bought a set of 5 chairs for my kitchen. Two years in, one of the chairs broke due to poor manufacturing not misuse by us. The chairs were expensive Calligaris chairs from Italy. I called Addison House who refused to stand behind the chairs. Since the chairs are discontinued, the best that can do is offer me a discount on new chairs. So according to them, I should just throw away the chairs I already own. I also contacted Calligaris who refused to stand behind their product as well. I would not ever purchase anything from Addison House and I also would not ever purchase anything from Calligaris

Addison House was a beautiful store with very pleasant and knowledgeable salepeople. I was looking to re furnish my house and was able to find everything from bedroom sets to dining room table and sofas. Everything I found was at more reasonable prices than the other furniture store I visited. When my furniture was delivered, the delivery people were pleasant and very helpful! I would reccomend anyone who is looking to buy furniture to visit Addison House! Definitely the jicest furniture for the best prices!

I'm all for posting negative reviews for bad experiences, so it's fair then to write good ones. I've bought many pieces from this store over the last two years, and dealt with most of the high end furniture stores in Miami, and have to say their customer service exceeds the others. Their pricing is fair and competitive with even discount websites and the staff is friendly and helpful.
