If you’re in need of flooring I would highly consider doing business with carpet one. Their staff is very knowledgeable of the flooring industry and very nice. I ordered floors they came in looking exactly like the sample I was highly pleased with the results and I get compliments from everyone that walks in my house of how nice the flooring looks. I will definitely be doing business with them again!!

I would not recommend getting carpet from here. The person I met with both times was very rushed and hurried me along. They did not take the time to thoroughly discuss different options with me and were unprofessional. In addition, he held his mask in his hand the entire time he was talking to me, instead of putting it on as mandated. Would not recommend

CJ was very friendly and helpful. Great product and knowledgeable staff. Only wish we could have dealt with them directly rather than through the terrible contractor we had for our home. Been in our home for a month now, carpet still looks amazing, despite our 3 yr old and 2 cats. We are a bit concerned with how obvious the seams are..guess time will tell.

We worked with Norm and he provided awesome advice and guidance throughout our repair process. We had to replace carpet upstairs and downstairs flooring due to water damage. He was so professional and helpful. After months of getting the run around from other companies Carpet One was a breathe of fresh air. Nancy helped get us on the schedule and we got everything finished very quickly. They were amazing every step of the way and I will recommend them to everyone I know .

The store manager Chip is a very knowledgeable fellow with over 30 years experience. He hires and manages his own crew so he cuts out the middle man. This means his prices are very competitive with the big box stores, and he can usually beat them and give you much better service.
They'll even honor installation matching the manufacturer's warranty which is unheard of as some manufacturers offer 25 years or more.
