So rite rug installed the carpet in my new home in 2014, since then my dog has let's just say found 2 of be seams in the rug, I went there today to purchase a piece of carpet do I can repair the 2 spots. Well the ladies there are extremely friendly and extremely helpful! They even went as far as giving me the carpet with no charge gave advise on how to correct the problem I was facing, I highly recommend this company they stand behind the work tbey do and correct any problems you may have or face on your own circumstances. RiteRug was great to work with. They understood our needs as we wanted to recarpet before selling. They didn’t try to up sell me or bombard me with emails and calls. I got 3 different quotes (including Home Depot) and RiteRug was less expensive by several hundred dollars. Plus, they’re local so they were easy to contact and schedule (no national corporate office and bureaucracy like Home Depot). The rugs look great! I would use them again if I need to recarpet my new home!

I may have just met the worst salesperson I've ever encountered. He neglected to answer my questions, tried steering me to products instead of listening to what I was asking for, and he assumed I couldn't afford the "nicer" products probably because I walked in in a ball cap, jeans and a t-shirt. This past June of 2019 we contacted Rite Rug per the suggestion of our real estate agent. They sent out a saleslady Jennifer who brought samples of carpet to the house. My wife then choose a multi colored carpet that had different heights. We then had to get the walls painted. After painting was finished we were to notify them and they would install the carpet. When the time came we notified them. My wife asked if they would like to meet to make sure they had the right carpet and was told no; Jennifer could not find notes on the type of carpet but she was sure she had it and knew what carpet it

Terrible experience. No response to multiple attempts at contacting the company. Poor craftsmanship and when the crew finally showed up to correct the work, didn't have the proper materials and had to reschedule again. So disappointed. Would never recommend this company to anyone! DO NOT use them for anything.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The two guys running the place will make you wait until they are finishing some paperwork before they will even acknowledge you. The one I worked with was kinda cocky and treated me like just a dumb woman. I was confused by what he was telling me and he just kept asking when my husband could come in. From what I saw they were over priced, Not a good experience for me- I didn't even bring my husband back we decided quickly that wasn't the place for us.

BEWARE of this place, I have a bit of a different story to tell. First the place is ran by two older, arrogant men- Paul & Steve. I went in to get a second estimate on getting wood floors put in. The first set of samples didn't even have names on them- so it was impossible to even look up. My self and my son sat dawn at Paul's desk and worked some numbers. I sat my purse down there. Then we got up and walked over to the corner to look at a few more samples. I got an important call and stated I had to leave-and we left quickly. I left so quickly I forgot to get my purse. I called

Wow! We decided on using RiteRug again, even after having such a terrible experience the first time. However we used the Lewis Center location this time, and what a difference ! Jessica Wilson helped us and she was fabulous. The experience was completely different. There were no surprises, and all of our flooring was in and the installation was done properly. I would definitely recommend the Lewis Center branch, and also recommend Jessica Wilson as a consultant .

Riterug was the first place we visited for replacing our builder grade carpet. Our salesperson Chista was very soft spoken and friendly. She made an absolute extra effort to work with our budget, style, color preference in carpet selection. We ended up picking out a black color with cream flecks. It happened to be a popular choice and be on backorder but it arrived in a reasonable time. The installers we very efficient in moving the furniture that it almost was mind boggling. This location needs to work on training their staff in customer service. They have no regard for people's time. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them about an order that I was told would take a week, I decided to call. At first the guy told me on the phone that I would get a phone call when my order was ready. I told him how long it has been so he decided to do me a favor and check to see if it was in. We tracked down Paul (who we worked with at the Clintonville location) to the Lewis Center store. We needed more carpet and laminate flooring. Paul took care of estimates quickly and scheduled a convenient time to measure for both. He a couple good suggestions to help with the installation and looked for opportunities to save us a few dollars. The carpet installation was done very well (my Dad laid carpet for 20 years and I helped occasionally, which is what I don't do that now). ABSOLUTELY AWFUL experience. Until the sale and once you've paid them, you can wave your deserved customer service goodbye. The headquarters people on the phone were not courteous ("well our installers have many jobs and unless you were promised to be the first order they worked on, then the time quote was 8am - 12" and it was already past noon and I'm calling to see where you're people are and you're scolding me????!?!?!)

We recently purchased two rooms worth of carpeting from Rite Rug. The buying experience was very good. The installation process was not at all good. We schedules a morning installation and were told they call before the come to the house. The installers showed up in the afternoon with no prior call. We paid extra to have them move the furniture in our family room. Instead of moving the furniture to another room in the house they stacked it all in the kitchen with NO room to move in and out of the family room so they were bumping into the furniture and knocked the light in the kitchen.
