I had severe water damage in my house during the winter storm. I was obligated to contract this company because everyone else was swamped.
I only want them to mitigate water. They made sign a contract that I was going to hire them to repair the house as well. I just wanted to dry my house.
After 2 weeks when I was a little more come I told them I needed an estimate for the repairs. Rudy said I can’t do that and he canceled the contract, removed the machines and said he would return the rugs he took to clean. After a week after he canceled the contract I began to asking for a final bill. I told

I got Protech from the Better Business Bureau. They have an A + rating. I was very pleased with them. They have a very honest and polite staff and workers. They keep you updated on the progress and make suggestions to make the restoration beautiful. My home turned out lovely. They worked with the insurance company , when they didn't want to pay enough for a quality job. They were terrific. You cannot go wrong by hiring them.

Rudy and his team are extremely responsive and were on the job right away. I wish I would have taken some before pictures but they did a great job on the flood cleanup in the house. If you're looking for someone to do flood damage restoration, you should definitely give them a call to repair your water damage!

We used them for flood damage and my review will be mixed but honest. The owner of the company, Rudy is extremely professional. He was very generous in that he went overboard to make things right and give us a good deal on things and make things right, that contractors he hired did wrong, if we caught it and pointed it out.
My biggest problem was that the painters he hired were very unprofessional. They broke clips on my curtains and then taped then back up. Luckily, I caught that and Rudy got it repaired. However, even he admitted that they didn't follow his instructions about leaving
