I am a real estate investor with properties around the country. I wish all the handyman/contractors I have used were as reliable and great to work with as MHS. Victor did a great job on a repair at a commercial property we own in Garland. Quality work, fair price, completed on time. We definitely be using them again for any projects around the Dallas/FTW area.

This has been an absolutely great experience, they set an appointment with me, showed up on time, and immediately began to work. They were very neat and organized, they did not make a mess in my house, and I cannot give a strong enough positive review on this group of professionals.
I have found a company that will do all of the repairs on my home from this point forward with MHS contractors.

Second time I have used MHS. Victor and his crew are very attentive, get things done quickly and reasonably.

We were in need of a reliable and experience handyman service and found Victor and his team on Yelp! They are incredible! Professional, experienced and honest...they are always very fair with their rates/prices and will make sure to get the job right even if it takes a little longer than they anticipated. We've had them come for serval jobs around the house (dry wall, painting, wall hangings, assembly, tile, etc.). Victor is always very prompt in following up and returning messages. We've been so happy with their work, we've referred them to others!

Replied quickly to me with a quote and helped schedule a repair for one of my customer's vanities. Their communication was great and they got the job done on time and as scheduled. My client was happy with the work and we were able to close out our trouble ticket quickly thanks to Miguel's.

I called because I need my sink repaired and didn't know who to call. I called and spoke with Victor. He was able to come out in about 30 minutes and took care of the sink right away. He was very friendly and professional! I'll definitely be calling him for more work in the future!

I had a chirping smoke detector that would not stop with battery replacements. I called Miguel's and they were able to squeeze me in the same day I called. They were courteous, quick, replaced the smoke detector and made sure it stayed quiet! I recommend you give them a call for any home repair or maintenance.

Very professional in all aspects. On time (which is a big plus for me) & dependable. I would most certainly use their services again and highly recommend.

I called the number listed on this Yelp page and didn't get Miguel, but got his son Victor on the phone. He was very courteous, nice, and easy to talk to. Over the phone, we exchanged info, agreed on a time, date, and price and even sent an email correspondence to confirm with all parties involved with all the information. However, when it came to the day of the installation of what we needed the services for, he got confused with the time and date so we were left hanging that morning. Although we were able to connect, and have him come out to the location later that same day to do the service

I have had the same handyman since I came to Texas almost 11 years ago. Last year, he moved (booo California!). Luckily, I hadn't had any big issues and I'm decently handy myself. However, I ran into some problems with one of the valves supplying water to my toilet (I hate toilet problems! Always an emergency!). I wanted to avoid a huge issue so I knew I had to find someone quickly. I searched "handyman" on Yelp and a few places came up. I called them and explained my issue. I had an old, compression shut off valve on one toilet and sometimes would have toilet issues. Generally

MHS was an excellent Yelp find! They recently did a fair amount of work on my house, ranging from floors to paint to electrical work, and even plumbing. Their prices were in the average to low average range of the quotes I received, and the work exceeded my expectations! When the flooring company I had tapped to do that part of the job, MHS swooped in the rescue, finding my exact flooring choices. I will definitely use them again for any future needs!
