I called and requested an appointment for a quote. Waited roughly a week and no callback. Called again and asked for another callback. Was told the project manager would call and set up an appointment. Waited 2 to 3 weeks. Isaac is slow to call but a genuine nice guy who seems to care about his customers and what he is doing. Still communicating about the project with him.

We are completely happy with GI construction.
We bought our house in 2016 and haven’t had a chance to remodel inside the house. We have remodeled the exterior and wanted to move forward with the interior. Now that the kids are a little older, we felt more comfortable investing in remodeling. We remodeled our kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
GI construction team communicated everything very clearly with us and took the time to explain things. I felt like every single person is very congenial. They did whatever is necessary to meet our needs. All of the workers were professional and courteous.

My 20+ year old master bathroom needed an update! Isaac from GI Construction gave me a great bid, either less than or roughly the same as my other two bids. They took out a small shower and installed much needed extra storage, took out a large soaking tub and installed a huge shower... and of course, new vanity, sinks etc..

GI remodeling did a perfect job in renovating my Bathroom, I was concerned i wouldn't get the look i was after but after consulting with Isaac , the result is better than i ever expected. I was also concerned about some of the other quotes i received, they were super high from 2 other builders but Isaac quote seemed fair and reasonable. They really delivered a fantastic bathroom look and the whole experience was top notch. I highly recommend these guys to deliver an awesome bathroom that you will love and enjoy for many years, I will recommend them to anyone I know.

I am going to start by saying that this is the second company we hired, because we had to fire the people who worked for us before for doing a poor job. GI construction did our shower and bathroom remodeling and we cannot be more happy with both price and quality. If I could give no stars I would. I would NEVER use this company for anything ever again. The most unorganized company I have ever worked with. The owner Isaac is the most untrustworthy man. He tells you one thing and then does something else. Not dependable when they say they are coming over, they just show up when they feel like it. They started out with an architect with no license which then took a few months longer. Our project took 1 year from the first day that we signed papers. I hired GI Construction to rebuild an office in Downtown Las Vegas. The structure was built in 1948 and was converted in the early 1990s into a professional office space. It was then gutted and stripped down to the studs in early 2018 so that it could be rebuilt in a different, more modern design.
GI handled every aspect of the reconstruction and did a truly extraordinary job! Since it was completed, everyone who has set foot in it has raved about the quality of the construction. I called for Estimate with this company based on some reviews however, I did read some bad ones and sadly were (now) one of them. I set an appointment for today at 8am (6 days ago). I was told I should get a email confirmation (never got it but didn't think anything of it)

Had a scheduled appointment for 3 bathrooms to be remodeled; 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, no G I Construction. I called GI Construction no excuses made.

Pretty disappointed in this place. I had an estimator come to my house and spend about two hours going over the scope of two projects. At several points he asked "What's your budget?" as though he was trying to sell me on a used car and wanted to know how much I could spend rather than give me a meaningful estimate. When I pointedly asked what the projects would cost, he deflected and told me his company doesn't give quotes in person, or by phone, or by email until the second meeting where we sit down and go over the bid together.

My wife and I wanted to install backsplash and wall tile to our island in the kitchen as well to our tv wall. I shopped for 2 different companies and we chose GI because they offered a discount on their estimate along with the great reviews and pics on yelp. The project manager Isaac P. closed the deal with his customer service and knowledge every step of the way from beginning to end.

After interviewing dozens of contractors, we ultimately chose GI Construction and couldn't be happier. Jack was prompt in every appointment we had, listened attentively to all of our dreams, and then showed us pictures, demonstrating the talent of the GI Construction crew. He warned us that GI Construction was not the cheapest in town, but that they had the best crew that anyone could find to get the job done, and done right. He was absolutely right. They gave me an estimate for tile install for 2 bathrooms. 1 standard tub surround 60x32x60 and walk in shower 54x30x72. No tear town or materials of such to dispose of either. They quoted me $6000 to only slap some tile on and nothing more! Reasonable??? Don't think so! Took business to a different contractor who offered to do much much more for 1/3rd of these guys.

Me and my wife just moved to a new home and needed some remodeling. GI guys were very professional and dedicated to deliver good quality work at competitive price. vey trustable company to work with and i will use them again in the future. they remodeled my living room, kitchen, dining room, fresh paint around all house and some tile replacement in some areas.
