Jesus was very understanding when I was frustrated and couldn't find my key and running late for work. Called at 8:00pm for assistance with locked keys in car. Quoted $39 cost for service and 30-45 minute lead time for arrival. 8:06pm received phone call from Valentina confirming location and need of service. 8:27pm Valentina and another employee arrived. At that point we had a brief introductory conversation. Valentina then shared the actual price is $39 cost plus an additional $100 for on call service fee. Now presented a paper invoice to sign off on with the new total of $139. Then once service was complete at 8:36pm, I was prompted by Valentina to electronically sign off and now the new total

JV is amazing. I don't know much about keys and ignitions. The previous locksmith to service my car have me two different keys, ine to unlock and one to start my car. He made me another key and I was able to use the one key to open and start my truck. He also provided with a spare. He went above and beyond. Anytime I need this service in definitely calling this company. Thank you!

I broke the key to my car and went to ace hardware twice to get the key copied and reprogrammed but they couldn’t get a copy to work😕 After giving up on that I called Pro locksmith and they were at my house in just under 20 minutes. Jacob was incredibly helpful! He looked at all my options to try and find me the best and most cost effective solution. I ended up with 2 working keys at a great price! It was all around a great service and happy ending to my super stressful morning!

I called your company to get a quote for a new key to be made for my truck and I told the man in the phone the kind of truck I drive and that my key has a chip in it And he said OK that’s fine he told me it will be $169 to make the key I told him that I was going to call back to make sure that I had the money I called back about an hour later and said that it was fine to send a tech out when he got here he ( Jesus ) told me that it would cost me $279 and I told him that is not what I was over the phone I called the company back and the man on the phone told me that was the starting pay and that

Let me tell you how I was leaving my house and started my car so it would warm up, I had my purse, phone, keys and raw meat in my car for dinner when I ran inside to grab something else and my car locked. (when it supposed to have a safety feature to not do that when my keys are inside) thank god my roommate was home so I could use his phone to call someone in the hopes they would come quickly and. Pro lock smith was the first one in google for my area and they advertise fast response times but 20 minutes from the time I called went way above my expectations.
