Very nice store. Great hospitality and service. A variety of interior designs to help you match up your installations for your home improvement projects. Windows and doors. Cabinets and floor tiles and much more. You got a check this place out. Instead of asking contractors to lower there price. Now you can save here and pay your contractors what they're worth. If your contractor is not worth much to you. He will be reciprocal in your same manner. After all. You get what you pay for. Dont forget. Time is money. Good luck in your decisions.

Very poor customer service. The owners hire one employee at reception and when you go in for service, they will not devote you the full attention you need even if you are planning to spend thousands of dollars. Money is their endgame not customer service. Even while I was there a customer came in complaining about what he had received and the owner was cold and unhelpful. Great location but worse than ghetto service. All they want is your money.

When they came out to measure the window being replaced they were late and I complained. They scheduled for someone to come out and replace the window between 8:30-9:30 a.m. and no one called. I called to ask and was told "oh he's running late he'll be there between 10:30-11:30." I just called back to be told "oh it will take another 30 to 45 mins or you can reschedule." I will never use or refer anyone to them. I despise having my time wasted and you don't even give a courtesy call.
