If I could give less than 1 star I would. Our experience with Herndon Services has been beyond awful. Our home warranty company (HWA-don't use them either if you can help it) assigned them to repair our water heater leak back in April (it is now July) and they have still not resolved the issue, claiming a part that was required is "backordered." It has now been over 3 months and they refuse to answer our phone calls or return messages. SERIOUSLY STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

As someone else said, Herndon Service does it all. And from what I've seen, they do it all well. The property manager for my rental townhouse calls them when needed. They show up, unlike some others (I'm looking at you, Kolb Electric), and they show up on time. They know what they are doing, as evidenced by the fact that they've successfully resolved every issue that this place has thrown at them. They are careful and considerate of your environment, don't trash the place while they are working, and clean up after themselves, too. And they follow up with a phone call afterward

The worst experience ever.
They make me pay $45.00 for service call through Select home warranty and they completely disappeared. They never explained to me what the problem was, and the worst is they don't even answer the phone. I called them multiple time ,the only time I got the answer it was like I talked to a ghost. Now I have to pay for another service call ,and another repair.

Herndon Service does it all--not just painting. Ivan is a kind, caring professional who gives you a fair price for top quality work. When others said they couldn't start for a week, he sent his guys the same day. (We recommend asking for Nelson for painting.)
We hired HS to paint our home's interior, kitchen cabinets, install a granite countertop, install an air return, and power wash our home's exterior. When we were double-minded about paint choices, they gave us time to decide and valuable input. They saved us money by telling us their company discount was greater at one company
