After hours searching on line for a glass vessel sink for our remodeled powder room, I happened onto Blue Bath's web site and found an entire collection of artfully designed products at very attractive prices. Running into a glitch with the on-line ordering process, I telephoned: Brad was enormously patient and helpful and confirmed the product was in stock - many are on back order. He even thoughtfully advised against paying extra for shipping since manufacturer of our chosen product is also in the west. We are fans!

Good experience with Blue Bath. They have quality products you can’t find at your local home improvement warehouse. We bought two granite sinks that were not compatible with our remodel and were able to exchange them for stainless steel ones with the help of the store manager, Brad. I have placed two orders with this company for the same faucet. The first one was great. The second time the incorrect finish of the faucet was sent. They asked me to send them photos of the box, which I did not knowing what they would be used for. They said they reached out to the manufacturer but they were unwilling to take them back as a result of it being outside the return window. I realized that I had errantly photographed the old box and subsequently sent updated photos of the new box. I just got an incredible deal on a fireclay farm sink from this place! They had a huge selection of all kinds of open box items with slashed prices which was exactly what I was looking for because I hate paying full price for anything. I even noticed all kinds of bathtubs so I'll be sure to come back here when I remodel my bathroom, but for now Im gonna focus on this kitchen.

Blue Bath shipped a sink product to me twice. It arrived broken twice. My project is now running behind as a result -- and Blue Bath will not send a replacement by overnight delivery. I do not recommend this company. UPDATE - We received another (third) broken sink on August 29. At this point we will be going with another option because this company clearly has a significant issue with their products. While they state in their response to this review that the situation is rare, we have found that there are additional negative reviews online and have contacted the California Attorney General

I ordered an item on bluebath.com that was listed as in stock. I later received an email stating they'd checked with the supplier and the item would not be back in stock with the supplier, for 7 weeks and could I wait.
I hadn't checked yelp reviews because it was a Google Trusted Store with a lot of good reviews. I can only imagine its all the orders their suppliers were able to ship, since it appears Blue Bath doesn't have items actually in stock at any time.
I requested a full refund. Let's see how long that takes.

I special ordered sinks from this company for a time sensitive project, paid over $100 for next day shipping, only to find out 4 days later when I called Blue Bath myself, that these sinks were out of stock. My order should never have been taken, nor my credit card charged, for sinks that were not even available. This was more than an "inconvenience" to me as described in their email explanation, this was a huge hindrance to my business. I chose Blue Bath because of good reviews and recommendations on Pinterest. Very impressed. Online chat with Natassia who was very helpful, rapid shipping, very well packaged shipping boxes/foam, perfect condition of sink, as well as the Whitehaus 36" farm sink itself, were all an excellent experience. Couldn't have asked for an easier, more smooth process of buying a very large porcelain sink online. I purchased a farmhouse sink from this facility. I got it at a great price, then had it professionally installed, purchased the protective grid and after 6 months it cracked....When I appealed to Blue Bath they told me that the manufacturer would not replace the sink as it cracked through abuse....The crack is about 10''long... along the right side where the side meets the bottom. Since when is washing dishes abusing a sink?.. There's no way you can drop anything at the spot where this crack occurred especially with the grid on the bottom. Ordered Virtu USA Dior 110' vanity. Customer service very helpful throughout the ordering process. Estimated three weeks for delivery... was very pleasantly surprised that the entire order arrived from California to Ohio in less than two weeks. Although we had to quickly open all 14 boxes on the delivery truck and check all pieces, they all appear to have arrived in perfect condition and as described on website.

I purchased over a $700.00 toilet from this company and was offered at the time, an $80.00 upgrade crome flusher.
The salesman said the toilet included a white plastic one, but this might be something you might like and if not I could return it.
Well of course I didn't read the fine print, that it had to be returned within 30 days.
If anyone has a contractor that can complete a 40k bathroom remodel, tearing walls down and all new plumbing in 30 days let me know.
My contractor wound up not even starting my project

We order a bathtub and spend $2200 via bluebath.com. A few months after the order was placed , we installed the bathtub with our contractor and when the remodeling of our house was completed we start using bath & after few times noticed in the corner of the tub a bubble which started growing after filling it with water a few times....we were not sure what it was but after using less then 10 times bath , we noticed that bubble opened up and became a crack. Blue Bath gets your money by providing false prices online, incorrectly stating that the product is not available and then trying to sell you other and more expensive products.

My bathroom remodel could not be completed without the help of the amazing staff at bluebath.com I literally drive people crazy with my questions and I am the worst person when it comes to decide between so many different bathroom vanities.
