No tile brushing, filters found clogged multiple times, corroded hand rails, no shows, no return calls, no vacuuming as per the scheduled times, the list goes on. Multiple pool closures due to inadequate servicing. Improper pool cleaning and chemical documentations as required by The Florida Department of Health. Worst I have ever seen.

This business should be shut down. We hired them for pool and spa cleaning. The guy who came out did not know what he was doing. I called three times to complain but nothing was done. I had another company come out and they advised me our jacuzzi had mold and bugs and pool was a mess and said it appeared it had never been cleaned. The company owes me a refund but they will not respond. Do not use them you will be sorry.

I would have given 5 stars 21 days ago. That was the last time Leslie, who is fantastic, cleaned the pool. Since then, I have received stories, sorry, lies that there will be a pool tech, no show, then there will be, and the office does not know when. To top that out I received an invoice for pool cleaning of which I have not received for the month. Nice!
