This company was hired to inspect my home for termites, as part of closing on a sale. I suppose they saw this as a good opportunity to run a scam. They found "evidence of termites", which is actually a mark in the drywall over 5 feet off of the floor. The mark is where something hit the drywall from the outside, and it doesn't even go all the way through. Anyone can see this, even without shining a flashlight on it. We have had to hire a real termite professional to come and confirm that there is no termite damage.

They are effective, personable, prompt and wonderful people. Locally owned business, honest and reasonably priced. If you see a "pest" and are under contract with them, call them and they'll be there within a few days. I love them!
