Hannah was wonderful in scheduling my appointment to fit my needs and schedule. Outstanding customer service. Josh went above and beyond to make sure all areas were identified of possible entry of bugs. Buyer Beware!!!! I bought a contract to exterminate bugs from my house. The straw that boke the camels back is that they showed up recently without notification, which is probably the way it is done. Due to wet ground, they were not able to get access to my back yard, so they left. Not completing the work. Low and behold I get a bill for full service. I should be able to trust that people will do the work that you pay them to do, but not Terminix. They will do the minimum because no one is looking. Find another company. I am having to spend money to now get out of this contract, but fine. I only
