Bonnie is the absolute best. She makes the whole process seamless. You can trust her to help you make sure you get exactly what you want. The concierge experience.Once they know my goals and disclose what they will for the quoted price they run with it. they call when they need my input, but I am not being constantly asked for decisions on minutia like some contractors. BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Henry is a liar who will make excuses as to why he won't give your money back. Blames his tub tech for stealing from him. He would reimburse me "if he had the money." Very similar story as another review which I regret not checking in advance. I had my tub reglazed...twice! Their tech did a horrendous job. Had him redo it and it was even worse!! He was scheduled to come back to polish the lumps but never showed! I would rate a zero if I could.

Bonnie and her guys have been real life savers for me. It all started after I got my first bathroom remodeled, I needed shower walls put in. The bid from Tub Hub and Tile was much more reasonable than the other companies I got bids from, when I got a response at all.
They came out to measure, and since also needed my floors refinished I asked about those too. But of course since it is an old house it didn't stop there, I needed some other repairs, to the basement, and then a pipe burst and I needed a new bathroom in my basement too. Sigh. Ultimately we ended up doing a LOT more work than I'd planned

Tub Hub and Tile provided excellent, comprehensive service for resurfacing our entire bathroom before putting our house on the market. They considered details I had not even thought of, including other areas of the house that needed updating for a quick sale. Bonnie took away every worry with her thoughtful and reassuring approach. Poor workmanship, Tub Hub and Tile, Inc. had to return a second time a couple days later to fix drips. Then the finish bubbled and cracked within 18 months. We followed the cleaning and care directions perfectly. Tub Hub and Tile, Inc. had all kinds of excuses how it was our fault that the tub bubbled and cracked, like we used the wrong cleaners (we did not) and that the house shifted (it did not). Tub Hub and Tile, Inc. said they would send out a supervisor to look at the tub, that never happened. They do not honor their 5 year warranty. Tub Hub and Tile, Inc. stated that they could recommend

The place / owner is a joke.. Sold me on a "new age" system of pouring the tub glaze instead of spraying it, took my money for deposit on (2) tubs to be refinished (basically paid in full upfront for the job) and after 2 weeks of giving me the run around, NEVER completed the first tub beyond sanding it (which needed to be re-done) and gave me every excuse in the book from his tech had he is teeth knocked out / car didn't start / too cold to apply product / another tech ran off with all his tools, and the best was he had a bad back that was awaiting surgery, so he couldn't bend

We had them do our tub and it looked great. It started peeling on the outside, then around the drain. After a few months, a big chunk peeled off the side. It took us months to get them to address this issue. They finally came and redid the work after we threatened to have it done ourselves and send them the bill. The tub looks good again but they damaged my window sill and refused to replace the caulk they removed. Will NEVER do business with them again.

We had a great experience with Tub Hub and Tile. We called them because we had cracks in the bottom of our tub. Other places that we contacted told us that we would need to replace the tub and surround which is very expensive. The tub/surround was only 5 years old so were upset at the thought of having to spend another 4-6K to replace everything but Tub Hub and Tile saved the day by being able to repair the tub with an inlay.
We are happy with the inlay. It feels a lot more secure and if it holds for a long time, we'll be beyond happy!

I had a complete remodel of my walk-in shower. I had water leaking through the wall tiles and
the floor. The floor had to be removed due to water damage and a new sub floor installed along with new tile floor. new walls went up and new tile installed. New copper water lines replaced the old clogged pipes. All work done was to my satisfaction and Jim and Al, were excellent in every way. Bonnie, the owner was always available to answer any questions and did stop by everyday to see the progress of the work. I am very satisfied with Tub Hub and Tile
and would recommend them to anyone needing a good

Absolutely terrible phone manners. That is if you can get them to answer during business hours. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service skill. Don't just hang up on people when they explain their circumstance. Just because I didn't need the work done now doesn't justify that kind of treatment. Furthermore if the quality of work is the same as their customer service, well then I most certainly saved myself additional headache.

Oh, how we regret ever having to resort to their service! They will be prompt and eager for your business at first. The quality of work was subpar at best and our refinished tub began to peel within a year. We tried to get some support from TubHub, but, it has been well over six months with their avoidance and negligence. They will be really difficult to contact, not alone, return your calls. Stay clear of this business. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I am amazed that a company like this can stay in business. Keep taking money from hard working people and nothing be done about it. I know for a fact that is you pay Yelp monthly they will filter your bad review so to help them look better then they are.

Be careful with them. Get a total firm proposal up front. I had 4 bathrooms done. I was verbally given prices and then they added many up charges once they sent me the invoice even for work that was not done. My fault also for not getting it in writing.
Generally the work was ok but they destroyed 2 beautiful vintage tile walls when removing a soap dish. Never mentioned to me this was a potential issue. To be honest they did try to remedy the problem by finding vintage tiles and painting them to match and installing them; but a sad overall result.. Unfortunately the entire process took too long

In Feb. 2007 my parents had Miracle Method (now TUB HUB AND TILE) resurface the tub and surround. They did a good job. In April of 2013 they called them to fix a few marks in tub and on the surround so that they could get the home ready to sell. Bonnie gave them a price for 375.00 That sounded good so they put down a deposit of 200. Joe and George came out and did the tub, left some "dribble marks" as they called it and said it was their fault and they would come back to fix it, and buff it out. They also said the surround was too far gone and need to be replaced so my parents agreed

To the contrary on day 2 the tech first called to reschedule for later in the day. Much later that day the owner called to cancel and reschedule for the following day.
Day 3 no show no call. I called and was told the owner would probably call me back in 15-20 minutes. She did not.
Day 4 after 2 more calls and an e-mail the owner called to say they would not return until they received my new drain

I recently had my bathtub re-glazed by Tub Hub & Tile in Skokie. I happen to come across them accidentally on the way home from work and immediately pulled over. I had a great conversation with John about the process and cost. My appointment was immediately made and the workers showed up on time. They were very polite and professional. My tub looks great. I highly recommend Tub Hub & Tile if you are or would like to have your tub re-glazed.
