Roy and his team did an amazing job on some upgrades to our home: tile work, paint, carpeting, plumbing, bathroom demo, etc. Most importantly, Roy's team was flexible with being in our home with our child and working around a nap schedule. They were courteous and always cleaned up/prepped the areas well and professionally.

Strongly recommend Premier Remodelling! The basement remodel Premier did for us is awesome, we get a lot of compliments from visitors. Ronne, our Project Manager, communicated with us every step of the way. Ronne also stopped by regularly to make sure project was on track. Workers also very pleasant and hard working!

Premier came to my aid to do a small job in a downtown high rise when no other contractor was willing. They did it quickly, professionally and with skill and care. Even though the job was small, the owner of Premier kept me in the communication loop and came back to inspect the job and make sure I as happy. I highly recommend Premier for all your remodeling and restoration work.

I hired Roy and his team for an interior ceiling patch and paint project and they were great to work with. Roy had great communication starting with the initial proposal and throughout the entire project. They even beat their anticipated delivery date! They also were very professional and respectful during COVID-19 by social distancing/wearing a mask during the project.

Where do I begin with Roy and his team? Everyone told me I was crazy to think we could get an entire gut rehab accomplished in a 2 month time frame. Roy promised me the world and OVERDELIVERED!!!! SO rare for a contractor as we all know delays are enviable with rehab work. NOT WITH ROY! He was extremely competent during the entire process and put… my comfort, as the client, as absolute top priority. I was incredibly impressed with his communication skills and ability to be the liaison between all moving parts + sub contractors (who were all delightful and professional). He minimized my stress

I consider myself lucky that I found Premier Restoration. What I thought to be a tiny project turned into a BIG DEAL! Roy was awesome to work with. Him and his team repaired and restored all our water damage in our unit. The project included removal of damaged dry wall and wood floors, and then they restored the walls and wood floors. They… were efficient and clean. The entire team was friendly and trustworthy. Roy helped me in terms of submitting estimates and receipts to my homeowners insurance. I look forward to using them in the future when I can remodel.

Roy and his team did a beautiful job renovating our bathroom and we absolutely love the end product. The work seems very high quality and professional. Roy is extremely responsive and showed genuine concern for any issues raised. We had a couple of small communication issues but overall the project went very smoothly!
