Cody from Heritage Homecraft just completed refacing our two upstairs bathroom cabinets and installing quartz counters on both and it looks AMAZING! Outstanding craftsmanship. This is the third time we've used Heritage Homecraft. The first was 6 years ago for our kitchen. Two years later they returned to remodel out guest bath and build an additional cabinet in our kitchen. Now they've finished up our upstairs bathrooms. We've run out of rooms, but I'd use them again in a heartbeat and will always recommend them.

I had quartz kitchen counters installed. They cut the quartz in a manner that left a very noticeable seam near the sink and sent someone back to "fix it". Just to tell me they couldn't fix it. This was an $8000. job and we couldn't be more disappointed in the craftsmanship or repair. I wouldn't recommend them, you're going to be disappointed.
Following the above post, I was contacted by this company. Someone came out, looked at my issue and sent people to take "another shot at it" it's better but, not great. Certainly alot of attention and effort.

Very very very angry over the materials used in our cabinet remodel. They showed us veneered plywood then installed fiberboard. They just bald faced misrepresented what they are going to do. I feel like I’m stuck with a lifetime of service calls to come fix the next piece that water got into and is falling apart.

Chad and company left a lasting impression with us nearly 10 years ago. The refacing work they did for us turned out magnificent. What was amazing is that it left us with a kitchen that looked far superior to any new cabinets we could have purchased for the same money. It actually increased our homes value and appeal so much that we had people fighting over our home. And, to top it off, they stand behind their work for as long as you own your home.
