I had a problem with carpenter bees around my roof so I called them, they responded quickly and made an appointment that suited my needs in order to provide the quote. They were on time, explained the process, explained what the bees were doing, how to tell the male from the female and made me feel confident they would do a good job. They returned to do the service and the technician was polite, professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I have not seen any bees since, and I am confident that I will not. I appreciate this type of service and would certainly use them again.

Called with my issue, they had sent a tech out the next day, On time & took care of my bug issue, very professional technician, polite! Would highly recommend! Office personnel were very professional as well.

To start they were 20 min late. Then proceeded to tell us that using diatomaceous earth was "unsafe" bc of the slim possibility of being airborne. Even though his boss when he first came said it was ok. The tech also proceeded to clap his his hands together in a "wiping" motion every couple of seconds. He said chemicals were safer for us. My toddler has been coughing since he left....

We called them because they emphasize being pet friendly and we have several rescue dogs (6). Dave was prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I saw some termite damage in our house recently purchased and needed to know if it was old or new. Turns out it was old so no worries, but you always wonder since asking for an inspection sometimes is like asking a barber if you need a haircut. I'm glad there are still ethical businesses to turn to.

Excellent company! Very respectful! Great job! If I needed to call them back to get rid of some more pesky pest, they came back the next day! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family....and I have!
