We were very happy with this service. They were able to schedule our appointment only a few days after we called. They came when they said they would and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They also cleaned our dryer vent and installed a new hose from the dryer to the vent. All for a reasonable price. They were very professional and courteous. We will use there service again.

Mark & his crew do an incredible job! I've had the pleasure of working with them on commercial properties as well as my personal home. I was having issues with my dryer running but not drying which a technician from another business came to work on. He said that most likely the duct work needed cleaning. He recommended Mark from Premier Carpet & Duct Cleaning. Mark was able to come the very next day (which I appreciated since washing clothes is a pretty critical thing!) & he said the duct work was completely full of lint. He used his machine to clean out the duct work behind the dryer & under the house. Mark even had to replace some of the duct work & charged me the original price he quoted me on the phone. He was thorough, professional

The combination of kindness and professionalism was remarkable. Truly such a pleasant experience, he was so nice and educational the whole time. Explaining everything and going above and beyond service wise. I didn’t think the vents in this new house could ever be cleaned they were BAD. And these guys worked a miracle and did so with stunning customer service. He then took it upon himself to ask about the drier which really needed to be serviced but I didn’t even know that was an option! And he fixed the drier too! We were given a sectional from a family that owned dogs. I loved the piece, but we don’t have any pets so I wanted it cleaned and to have the animal odor removed. Mark and his team were AMAZING! They came out in a very timely manner and left the place spotless. They added the extra touch of leaving on the fan while we were gone so that it would be dry when we got back home! I will definitely be using them again!
