I waited nearly a month to have Horhut come out for a tree trimming estimate. Setting up the appointment was fine. I got an email confirmation from Jaime a few days before and I confirmed the appointment via email, as requested. I took off work and waited at home for them to show and they never did. They did not respond to my email asking whether they were still coming. When you ghost a customer like that, please realize that it is both incredibly unprofessional and a major inconvenience. I would not recommend working with this company.

My subaru was under a huge linden tree and Horhut's team did an amazing job of releasing my Forester with in 15 mins. They were professional, timely and above all helpful under difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend if you are planning to do some tree work.

We had HorHut Tree Experts remove 9 trees from our property. They arrived promptly for their scheduled estimate and emailed us their quote roughly 2-3 days later. The price was extremely fair, so we paid a deposit and got on their schedule. Our project was delayed but we were made aware of it roughly one month or more before the original set date. This was totally understandable due to us signing up in the winter and understanding their work can be delayed by weather. All 9 trees were taken down in one day and stumps were ground as well. We would definitely hire them again and plan to do so for

Horhut Tree Experts – what a pleasure to work with this service. From Jaime in the office, to Steve and his crew – absolute professionals in their field. We had been delayed due to weather and an unforeseen personal circumstance and Horhut Tree Experts were very patient and worked with us. We live in the city and the morning they came to remove our 40+ foot pine tree, there were many parked cars on our street. We just had 2 large Silver Maple trees cut down & an Oak tree pruned in which two of the three hung over our house. It was worth the wait on their schedule to have Horhut be the company to complete the job. They hit every aspect of Pittsburgh weather while on this job and still finished their work in the 3 day span that they estimated. Although the ground was wet, they did not tear up our lawn either. They cleaned up the property when finished and called us out to check their work before leaving. We couldn't be happier with this company's professionalism and work! I would highly recommend them

My family and I had an enormous American Elm fall during a windstorm. The massive tree crossed our yard, blocked our driveway, and damaged our neighbor’s house. Thankfully, nobody was hurt. I called Dan Horhut and he was out within 30 minutes to assess the damage. He returned the next morning with his professional and expert crew to remove the fallen tree.
