My wife and I hired Sean to be our architect for our home remodeling project. Previous to Sean, we had hired another firm (who had an in-house architect) to help us but they were extremely pricey and didn't deliver the job promised. They also didn't take any initiative to research and solve a setback issue we encountered. Once we made contact with Sean and began explaining what we needed, my wife and I felt we could work with Sean. Sean is a very calm, patient and easy person to get along with. I worked with Sean on architectural services for a JADU that we needed to add on to our property. He was very responsive, clear and polite. Excellent customer service.
Their pricing is also fair and reasonable - I had searched far and wide for someone to help with our plans and the permitting process but I came across many who were too busy, did not want to give me time of day because my project was "too small" or too expensive for unclear reasons.
