Initial contact was in September - goal was to have a completed kitchen before thanksgiving, they were very confident that this was possible - final completion was after Valentine's Day! we had many issues - warped doors, pantry drawers that did not fit, glass doors that did not match, countertop, dropped and broken on the day of installation.
