Great customer service: intelligent, friendly and courteous staff from start to finish. Cozy waiting area with sofa, coffee, water and magazines. Also a great location for wandering around while you wait and just a few blocks from the beach!! I had a duplicate car key that a puppy chewed and I'm sure I saved lots of money and time vs. the potential dealership hassle. I had a great experience here.

Keyfob for my Honda Accord suddenly stopped working. Tried several new batteries, no luck. Honda service wanted to charge me $250 for a replacement. Took it to Dup-A-Key and they were able to figure out what was wrong with it in about 3 minutes. A few bucks for a fresh (better) battery later, I was out the door a happy customer. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I got my car keys stolen and needed a replacement. I called my dealership first, giving me a price of ~$750, and they could only do a fob even though all I needed was a key. I would have also had to tow my car there. I called Dup-A-Key, and their prices were far below the dealership. They also have an option to just get the key that still works with the engine if you don't want the whole fob. AND I didn't have to tow my car there, they came to me! Derek assisted me and was very friendly and quick. Dup-A-Key saved me a lot of time and money. I highly recommend them and will be going back

Absolutely struggled to cut a standard key for the exotic car known as the *Mazda 3* What an exotic car, must have really taxed their skills as locksmiths.
As in not program, just simply cut an OEM key blank I provided to match the other OEM key I provided.
We aren't talking about a challenging application here, this is a standard key with a few bumps down the outside of both sides of the spine. Not a laser key or a transponder deal.
Almost 20 minutes of cutting grinding and filing and now it kinda works. My other original key works flawlessly.
Don't waste your time on these guys

I had replaced the dead batteries in my Lexus key fobs correctly (I thought) but then the remote entry system wouldn't work with either one. I suffered with it for over a month before PB Foreign recommended this place, conveniently located next to the iconic Mr. Frostie in PB.
I walked in and Vince looked at my keys and said "The batteries are dead". I said, no I just replaced them. He repeated "The batteries are dead" then said "it's $10.78. You want 'em?". I said yes, figuring this was at least a first step to a complicated, expensive process
