Re-Bath remodeled our 35 year old Guest Bath Tub area. They removed all the old tile, tub and fixtures and installed an all new shower enclosure from floor to ceiling. And, they did it all in just three days, including the city inspection. The technician, Jean-Luke, was very cordial and accommodating and did his work quickly and efficiently and with great skill. We are very pleased with everything Re-Bath has done for us!

We had the extreme pleasure of having Curtis from Re-Bath and Kitchens remodel our master bathroom. From the very start he was kind and informative. He encouraged us to be picky and to make 100 percent sure everything was done to our liking. He was so professional and on time each day of work. Our technician, Sam, was outstanding. He was professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. The finished product was beautiful. We had old bathtub/shower areas replaced with a walk-in shower in one bathroom and nice new tub shower combo in the other. Sam was meticulous and communicated with us all the way through … the warranty is nice also.

So we want to remodel our bathroom go to the box stores we get the brochure we call it they send out a "glorified sales person". The first five minutes says let's get to know my people and then they give us the stupid sales pitch and instead of they wanting to measure my bathroom they want to measure my entire house and then try to charge me $15,000 per bathroom to remodel my bathtub with very cheap material we had to hire a independent contractor because they were ripping us off. Don't even bother using them such a sales gimmick it's disgusting they won't even itemize

I would not recommend this company that goes by several names - RE-Bath, Bath Makeover, Bath Planet, Axiom. Â The business card I received says AXiom, when they answer the phone they say Re-Bath and the website says Bath makeover they also went by the name of Bath Planet which makes it difficult to leave a review.
I had my shower installed in January of 2021. It was never completed to my satisfaction. The walls look great but the seams are yellowing. I had terrible customer service from the call center to the office staff. Â My calls were transferred from Phoenix to Prescott to their parent company

My installer Sam - was so enthusiastic about taking on job assignment from beginning to end. It was amazing to see every day - even if there was a glitch or any type of issue- he handled it with a professional and positive attitude. Fake presentation! The salesman showed us an "actual" cross section of what our new shower wall will look like. More specifically, I was looking at their "proprietary" outer wall layer (acrylic?) material. When it was time to actually select the color of the wall material, the samples material were quite different in thickness and composition. The samples were very thin and flimsy plastic material. I called them for a rebath, because I had a shower valve leak inside the wall.
Sales tactics similar to what you would get from a user car sale shop: pushing single panel product, which does not look good and they overcharge for. Then their prices for tiles are even higher, with a net price double what competitors will offer.
Scare tactics like: "if you have mold it could be hundreds of thousands of dollars". They ran a humidity meter saying

The sales man came over and was not wearing a mask, he sat down and told us what to expect. I thought he would provide us with choices on colors and things like that. He went out to his car and brought back white tiles and nothing else. He gave us the estimate which seemed very high but after doing research, it was normal. It took two months for us to get an appointment, which is not a good sign. The workers came on time and did everything in 5 days. It was beautiful and they did an amazing job, however we were then

They gave me a beautiful bathroom even though quite expensive for a partial remodel. The issue I have is that 6 months out, recently I had a sewage/water damage claim that wasn't their fault. When I called and left a message, because they thought the damage was caused by their work, which it wasn't they returned my call right away. But in order to not void out my service warranty I had them come and take the countertop off because the vanity had to be removed and rebuilt due to the damage. I called them eight times to come back and put the vanity top on and they never returned my call

I purchased a home in Goodyear just over 3 years ago, it was a fix-up having been a rental over 10 years. I must use a powered wheelchair part of the time so in addition to having a tub-shower converted to a walk-in I had to have a door removed and an archway made so that I had easy access. The installation was flawless, final cost was under the estimate, and it has been great. So last month I wanted to re-do my hallway bath, again taking out a tub-shower and converting to a walk-in with glass shower doors. After looking at other companies, I selected Re-Bath once more. Our 2-week bathroom remodel was an incredible experience! From the design experience with JR Crider to the daily work done by our remodeling expert Romualdo Duarte, everything went so smoothly. Romualdo checked in with us every morning and was here when he said he would be. He gave us an update every afternoon - with pictures! - to tell us what he accomplished and what he would be working on the next day. And the craftsmanship...BEAUTIFUL! Fabulous Experience! I found myself needing to replace my bathtub and tiled shower surround. I did my due diligence in researching replacement vs a liner. I contacted Home Depot and their contractor is Re-Bath. Aaron, the Design Consultant was helpful and not at all pushy. I must admit, I choked just a little at wrapping my head around what it would cost. My demo team/installers, Jesse and Drew were amazing while they worked in my home for two days. My wife and I had re-bath out for a quote. We wanted a tub/shower to be converted to a shower. The quote included the standard DuraBath plastic material that they promote, a shower fixture, sliding glass door and the replacement of two sink faucets. The quote did not include flooring, toilet, countertops or cabinetry. The quote came in around 17k.
We also had our master bath quoted for a shower stall, tub, glass door, shower fixture and two sink faucets. Again this did not include flooring, toilet, countertops or cabinetry. The quote for this bathroom came in around 20k.

Beware of high pressure sales. This company uses high pressure sales. They do not install tile. Instead they have a prefabricated product that they use to cover your wall.
The men measured the walls for a bit and then tried to use scare tactics about mold being present behind cracked tiles.
The estimate did not give the breakdown of svcs. Just pictures of tearing the projects down to the studs. They kept saying "we take the walls down to the studs. Ummm...i hope so.

I need to give no stars!!! Don't use these people. They gave me a quote on tiling and tub placement in an existing frame for over 21000. When I asked for itemized prices, still waiting. Contacted the attorney general and camcelled check. Guess what no itemized prices given to this day. Grout around tub cracking since September, put in in July!!!!!!
Another contracter said no epoxy in grout amd no caulking. Contracter also said guy that comes to house is a commissioned salesman, no more.

Ridiculous business model with zero customer service. The storefront at their show room screens "open" to the public which presumably means they would like to encourage foot traffic to come in. However , it's staffed with one person who has zero information about what kind of work the company CAN do, how much any of the products or materials cost and any sort of timeline on appointments how long consruction will take etc.

We have a rental property in Avondale AZ but we live in California. Our property management company advised us we had a crack in our cultured marble shower/bath surround and provided us with a quote to get it replaced with their own vendor, which was more than we wanted to spend.
I called the closest Home Depot to our rental property about getting a bath/shower surround through them, and to have their own contractor come out to do the work. They submitted a request for a quote to their contractor, who happened to be Re-Bath and 5 Day Kitchens. No one at Re-bath

Why doesn't Yelp allow zero stars? This place is just awful. I had a rep come out to my house to give an estimate on just a tub. He made me choose tile, colors, etc., and never told me what the price differences were. I told him numerous times that I wanted to keep my prices low. Finally he came up with my grand total of 13,341 if I agreed right away, otherwise it would be 1200 more if I wanted to think it over! Are you kidding me?
