A year later, I'm still thankful for G&R.
We started service with them last year when we had wasps, ants and rodents at our house. We signed up for an annual, pay in advance program for the exterior only to handle these pests and handle them they did. The wasps were knocked out immediately, the ants stopped after a few weeks, and the rodents disappeared for awhile.

I first used G&R for rodents because of mice in my new house. Mike, the owner, explained the situation and preventative vs. ad hoc control. The annual package made sense for me, and Kyle has been great as my point person.
I next discovered black widows are all around my house exterior and garage -- yikes! G&R scheduled me for a spray the very next day. Mike explained black widow behavior, their prevalence in this part of Reno, and how the indoor & outdoor sprays work. Did a thorough job, and I signed up for a quarterly spray program as well.

Your customer services is very poor.
I always have to leave a voicemail when calling and then attempted to switch my date immediately after you called me to switch just to get a call nearly 3 hours later to tell me you weren't switching me anymore. Completely wastes my time and made me ask for the day off for no reason. I will not be recommending or using this company ever.

I had a great experience with G&R Pest Control. Michael, the owner, is awesome and very easy to talk to and work with.
He even came out a second time to get down and spray some spider webs and wasp nests I spotted a couple weeks after the initial spray.
I am very satisfied with the job they did and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy pest control company.

The itsy bitsy spider climbed up the water spout. Down came the rain and washed the spider out. Out came the sun and Eric and his side kick from G&R pest control appeared spraying the living crap out of those arthropods around our property.
This is the 3rd time I've had G&R pest control out to our home. They are certified killers. The employees are friendly, professional, clean, and knowledgeable. This is a local run Reno company so you won't have some insect advisor show up wearing a neck tie telling you what bug package they are trying to make you sign a contract for.

Very very happy with them. We did the annual package and every time the guys came out, they were very friendly and went the extra mile for excellent customer service. They don't give you a 2-4 hour window as to when the guy will be at your house. They give a 15 mins window and they have never been late! The main thing for me was feeling safe. The employees are not creepy and I feel very comfortable with them in my home. We live in Spanish Springs so lots of bugs and since we've been using them, I haven't seen a single critter. Definitely recommended!!

We HAD, and I said HAD a mice problem that was resolved SO quickly and affordably. The company was able to come out within two days of my call, and the man who came out was knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't try to sell me on a bunch of repeat things to get more money, he simply stated he felt my solution was simple and the prices were so reasonable. I'm grateful! Thank you!

I contacted G&R Pest Control to have them come and take care of a couple of problems I was having at my home. They replied to my initial inquiry quickly and we were able to set up a time for them to come over that worked for both of us. Because rain was in the forecast we only had the interior of the house treated so far. Again they were extremely helpful for scheduling the exterior treatment.
They are very professional and communicate extremely well when it comes to schedule availability and accommodating the customers needs.

Great company. I called on Friday afternoon due to a massive infestation of box elder bugs after trees were recently cut down. Mike came out on Wednesday and did a very thorough job. I also bought a reasonably priced quarterly spray package. Also, what they use inside the house is safe for pets after drying a couple of hours. Thanks for everything!

By far the best pest control company I've ever experienced. Local Reno company. Had a black widow issue, and within 45 minutes it was handled!
Prompt and diligent work, the true Nevada way.
Have a year plan going, inside and out, and well worth it. Ants, centipedes, spiders, mice... all taken care of and out of the house.

I used this service last year when I saw ants inside our house. Instantly, the ants were gone so I thought "Great!" Called them back this year for the same treatment and was told by the technician that if I didn't see a change, call them back and they would come back and retreat. Well, I did call back after I saw no change in any behavior after two weeks, only to be told that I would have to pay extra for a follow-up because I was not on one of their summer plans. I could understand this if the initial treatment worked for a period of time but it didn't. Shame on the company

I had Evan come yesterday, he was friendly and helpful. But, to tell you the truth,it took him 15 -20 minutes (4-5 minutes total upstairs - 3 bedroom and bathroom) to finish the whole condo/garage and patio and he told me he does not need to do the attic which I was really concerned about and one of the main reasons I hired them.
I haven`t seen single dead spider or bug coming out after the extermination. I saw a lot of spiders especially in the patio area before and there were no dead ones after the extermination there .

Awesome company to work with. They just sprayed a home we bought for our son and his family to live in. They squeezed us in to an early morning slot so that I did not have to worry about our grand-kids and pregnant daughter-in-law being in the home around the spray.
