Very happy with the service and results of the visit to our house. Bobby was the tech who called and said he could come earlier than the scheduled time, which was awesome! He checked our attic and crawl space and verified we had some mice. He had all the areas treated within an hour. He answered my questions completely, and the rate was very reasonable.

Twice a year I have the exterior of our home sprayed for spiders and ants. I was unable to set up an appointment with my current pest control company so I went to the pages of Yelp for help.
Called up CAD Pest Control and spoke to a very nice lady who set me up with an appointment a few weeks out. I really loved that she was able to give me an estimate 70$ cheaper than my past pest control company.

CAD is responsive and got the situation under control within about 2 days - other companies were quoting timelines a week or two out. The lady who answer the phone call was kind of crazy!!!! I'm asking to some one to come and see the problem and she's getting all my info and telling me I need to cover the holes. Of course specialist but after someone looked at it. Indicating it's emergency. I could not be more happy with not only the front office people from CAD pest control but the AMAZING service as well!!! Charlie was my bug guy, he was super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and even early for my scheduled appointment!!! I had several questions for him when he arrived and was blown away with his knowledge!! They got me an appointment immediately and for a great price!! Had Chris out again because we noticed some vole and mole activity in our yard. Chris walked the yard with us and gave us great tips and told us what areas were of concern and which ones weren't. We decided against the mole treatment because they aren't bothering us and it turns out the vole trails are probably old. While he was out, Chris identified some ant activity and recommended we do treatment before our Spring bug spray. I really appreciate his honesty about what problems we need to address and which ones aren't a big deal. Again, so glad we've chosen CAD for our bug

The man who came to spray the house was so nice. He was friendly and was open to spraying a few extra spots around the house, no extra charge. I have black widows at my house and he even went in the crawl space! Truely fearless. He was quick and efficient, plus after doing research on this business they have years of good business history which was why I chose them. I haven't seen a spider since.

I believe good service should be advertised to the masses and CAD went far beyond general customer service. Chris was informative and explained exactly what he was going to do, what I could expect and never once tried to do the "big sell." Even my rambunctious dog loved him! You can get quality service, excellent professionalism, all at a very reasonable price. You better believe I will being using CAD, Inc. again!
