Wow. Jason was absolutely amazing; so professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Could not have asked for better. We have had less than positive experiences with other plumbers, it was so refreshing to have someone who was so willing to not only fix our problem, but help up us prevent further issues. Jason asked so many questions and went above and beyond to help us fix our plumbing issues. We will not hesitate to call him first if we should need help in the future. Cal is a charmer but an incompetent and unprofessional plumber. Cal was hired to install plumbing for a master bathroom. He installed the lavatory faucet wrong twice. He told me that he didn't read directions because it would make him "look stupid." After the third attempt and me showing him the directions on how to brace the faucet he said, "Gee, I wish I had seen this sooner." He put wrong fittings behind the wall (sharkbite) and his fittings were poorly installed in the shower and would have leaked on a pressure test. We found these issues after asking a reputable plumber to come in. Ended up
