I cannot say enough good about Adam and Axel from Rick Wilson Plumbing. Our water heater had been out for almost a week (turns out, 12 years is a good long life for their species). Another plumber strung us along for several days only to let me know on the day he was supposed to be there, after I asked when he would be there, that he wasn’t going to make it. I called Adam, who said he could replace it the next day, for cheaper than the other guy, for a much better water heater. He texted me the next day to let me know he was going to be EARLY. He and Axel showed up, replaced the water heater

I needed to have a bathroom faucet/sink installed so I called to set up an appointment. Adam told me it would have to be 2 months out (which meant I'd be without a bathroom sink/faucet for 2 months) but I decided to wait for him and booked the appointment. The appointment was for 2pm. By 2:25 there was still no sign of him so I gave him a call. He answered and had forgotten about the appointment. He said he'd pull over and try to figure out what happened and call me right back. He never called me back. I tried calling him again and he wouldn't pick up. After waiting 2 months for the appointment

Adam and his apprentice did an awesome job. They were very professional and showed up just as scheduled. We did a addition to add an additional bathroom and they did a amazing job. I will be calling them for anything I need in the future water related.

We did a huge remodel of a 1990 built home in Gig Harbor. Adam with Wilson plumbing was very professional and courteous. Although we had some problems after the completion of the project. We called Adam and he said that he guaranteed his work and came out the same day to fix it. It is rare to see a company now a days that will stand behind their work. I highly recommend their service.
