Made an appointment to have them quote and possibly install the water filtration system we purchased from Pelican water. Advised this several times when making the appointment. On the day they were suppose to come out they advised they only install their own water systems. It takes a long time to get plumbers to come out. Now we have to start the process all over again.

Quoted me roughly $500 or so to fix a clogged kitchen sink (the clog was beyond the pipes under the sink - I had cleared them first and called All Purpose Plumbing because that didn't resolve the problem). I bought my own auger and fixed the problem for 1/10th of the bid. Was disappointed they didn't have a middle of the road option because $500 for a basic kitchen sink clog is a bit much unless there's evidence of a larger problem.

I recently had work done by Harts Services to update some pipes. While they were here we were told we needed a new water heater and a pipe replacement. Through this experience we ended up paying over $10k for them to hammer up our floor replace pipes, then say we needed more work to hammer up more floors and replace more pipes which would cost us an additional $17k and were told we had to get our water lines replaced for ANOTHER $22k. Mind you, after they came the second time to re-route our kitchen pipe, they told us there was a small leak they would have to come back to fix. When they came back

It was a wonderful experience! I called yesterday to report that my water tank was leaking. They were here at 10:30 this morning and left at 11:30!!!! Such good time! I sent a phone picture of my water heater, so they knew what to buy BEFORE they came to my house. I was fortunate to be a Club Member because I got a discount AND priority service. Can't find good help nowadays, for those wanting to work I salute you (migrants), and for those doing the bare minimum- you disgust me. Been going weeks without a shower/tub after being duped by all purpose plumbing stating that they could do it all yet in the middle stated they couldn't. I'm a disabled veteran who's fighting with the VA, stay-at-home-dad, dealing with numerous appointments for son, wife, and dogs. All Purpose Plumbing was able to squeeze us into their packed schedule. Steve was very knowledgable, friendly & professional. He quickly identified the problem and repaired it in no time. Our situation was a bit of an emergency so we didn’t have time to wait for other plumbers to come and give estimates, but All Purpose’s pricing was in line with what we expected to pay.
