Rigo and Ivan are knowledgeable and honest. When they come to fix my leaking pipe ( due to corrosion) and replace the old water heater, they went above and beyond the original agreed upon task. In total they replaced 30' worth of copper, and they got everything new for the water heater, even the double wall vent and the bottom drip pan which the other companies did not even think about doing. New water heater model was 13" taller than the old one so there's a lot of elbows to be incorporated into the tubing, and they did a beautiful job. They respect owner's choice of material--copper, even though

We had a garbage disposal poorly installed somewhere else. I called In & Out and they were out the next day and repaired this hot mess in less that 2 hours. Super friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this company! Rigo is so friendly.

I decided to give In and Out a try after reading all of the good reviews. Had a leaking water heater and needed replacement. Called to schedule an estimate and the person said they would have the tech call right away. 2hrs later no call so I called back. Owner returned my call 10 min later & said he was on a job and would call back when he was finished to let me know he was coming. Showed up about 2 hrs later...glad I was home because he didn't call. Took a look at the water heater. Left his card and said he would email an estimate this afternoon. Never heard back from him. This was not a job I

The relief we now feel in knowing we finally found an honest and reliable plumber is priceless! After a few unexpected plumbing issues and unfortunate dealings with dishonest plumbers we were dreading dealing with anymore plumbers in our new neighborhood. I did my research and felt these guys were my top pick. My gas water heater had to be replaced. The water heater was over thirty years old, leaking and a real mess. The platform floor had to be rebuilt because of water damage. We were given a referral for a contractor who did an excellent job repairing the floor. The plumber (Rigo) installed the new gas water heater, and helpful parts to avoid any future water damage to the floor. Overall, we were pleased with the service and professionalism.

They saved the day! I have SO many words of praise for Rigo and his crew. They went above and beyond to get this job done. I had a substantial leak in my water main line to the house. My bills had gone from $30-40 a month to nearly $500 a month.
