Carlos and his crew came out with just an hour's notice to look at our blocked sewer problem. He was professional and knowledgeable. We had problems in the past, and we needed to replace an entire stretch of old sewer line, which he and his crew managed to complete in one day of non stop hard work. He was willing to work with us on the cost and gave us a much better rate than another company that came to give us a bid. Can't speak highly enough of this business.

Carlos fit me in his schedule where many others had canceled on me due to the weather. I was very appreciative of him arriving on time and calling me before he came! He prepped the area and cleaned up everywhere he went throughout the project and even sanitized the area as well. I had a clogged drain that unfortunately turned in to much more. I had a corroded pipe that was only accessible by digging. Carlos and his crew was extremely helpful and applied absolutely no pressure. He fixed my drain, recommended an additional service that could help with prevention, and charged a very reasonable fee

Our sewer line collapsed about a week before Christmas. Rooter Tech came out same day and was straight to the point. We appreciated their honesty and showing us where the issue was and explaining clearly what needed to be done. They honored their estimates. They had us up and running basically within the next day. Rooter Tech team responded to my inquiry in 20 minutes and fit me in at the end of the day. They quickly resolved a tough clog in 10 minutes for a reasonable price. Before starting work they gave me a quote for the assumed fix, which is what I paid, and a quote for next level scenario. Very happy with service from this expert team.

Carlos was amazing, he came out within an hr or so of the call, fixed the hot water and found and fixed the leak all in about 4 hrs. He was very communicative explaining what was going on with 2 separate issues, pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend and use his company again.

Called Rooter Tech to help with a sewer line clog to start with. I talked with Carlos and told him that we were looking at getting a sewer line replacement soon anyway since we have a 95+ year old home and parts of the line haven't been holding up. He was able to meet the lowest bid we had and also get the job done in half the time. They also fixed a toilet flange and shower p-trap that were installed wrong. If you're looking for a plumber, I highly recommend Rooter Tech. They are professional, offer great value, and most importantly get the job done right.

If you have a very complicated problem with a clogged, underground, downspout, drain-pipe, Carlos Martinez is the man for the job. Look no further. Our downspout, drainage system is 31 years-old. One drain was completely blocked resulting in water overflowing next to the foundation. Initially another company was called but was unable to diagnose the cause of the obstruction and recommend a fix. Then, Carlos was contacted and found the level of blockage using a flexible, hose-style camera. He carried out a cogent plan of action which involved digging a deep hole (photo) underneath an aggregate concrete
