Usually, a custom built furniture from a large retailer takes 8 - 12 weeks. They are usually made from an overseas source and from leftover materials. Paisley's Custom Furniture builds all of its products right here in the United States in Utah. Our 100% American Made product is of the highest quality made with materials just for your order.
Because we are local, not only is it a quality product, but the average build time is only 1 to 3 weeks. This is an average and can be affected by things such as workload, type of material ordered for the product and possible back-order issues, etc. However, with rare exceptions, 3 weeks is the average wait time to complete an order.

Paisley's Custom furniture has evolved through 5 generations of quality manufacturing of the finest furniture. It all began about 75 years ago in a chicken coop. Things originated with Great Grandfather Edwin and his brothers. These men emigrated from Sweden and found work in a furniture factory. Great grandpa Edwin learned the skills of making furniture and quickly went out on his own, founding Wahlen Brothers Furniture.
From re-upholstering timeless furniture pieces to reinventing them from scratch, Paisley is able to make your vintage furniture dreams come true. Own a piece of furniture no one else has. Horrible. My grandma went in to get her couch from here repaired and was screamed at and completely disregarded. She left in tears and and when she said that she would leave a negative review the man told her that nothing she could do would hurt his business. It is unacceptable to treat anyone this way let alone a sweet seventy year old woman (Who paid top dollar for furniture that broke after a couple months of owning it). I was interested in purchasing a quality banana chair and had seen their product advertised on a popular web site but didn’t find a fabric color I wanted. When I discovered they have a store in the Salt Lake City I decided to stop in and see what they had. I’m from northeast Oregon and visit family in the area several times a year. I was greeted cheerfully. Due to the popularity of banana chairs there were few in stock but they were scheduled to manufacture some in the near future (2-3 weeks). I explained that we were only in the area for a week and would provide them with a shipping address

Paisley’s came to the rescue! They repaired and reupholstered 3 chairs of mine, one destroyed by the dogs. I had a huge selection of fabrics to choose from. My chairs were finished quickly and look beautiful! I have to say they look better than when I had originally purchased them. Thank you Paisley’s! You made this experience easy and the chairs look gorgeous.
