I'll create designs that do accommodate your needs. Remember, you want a design you can live with. Five years after your home is completed, you want to say, "I wouldn't change a thing."
As my commercial client, I work collaboratively with you. I am located in Worcester, Massachusetts, and have completed over 40 commercial projects in New England. I can truthfully say that each project received my personal and full attention. As my client, you will receive that same level of respect.
How do you give a bank a market identity, when their branch offices are in residential neighborhoods, and respect for their neighbor's view is paramount? Large signs, advertisements and marketing messages that are typical in commercial strips are not an option. They are an eyesore to homeowners who treasure their residential views, but who also embrace having the neighborhood services near.
How does a restaurant successfully marry sophisticated culinary delights with a folksy, friendly atmosphere? It is not easy - unless you are the proprietor of Zimmy's Kitchen, in Leicester, working with Wadsworth and Associates, Architects. On the drawing board is a redesign of the whole restaurant, a new facility where an intimate, homey, relaxed atmosphere will meet an elegant and chic space.
John has a magnificent eye for design and function. We entered his office thinking we knew what we wanted and he improved the flow of our downstairs, overhauled our upstairs and brought the whole project together beautifully!
