Office staff was very friendly and informative. They explained the process step by step. I was told to expect a text message of arrival time which I did receive and technician was actually early. Technician introduced himself and was very professional and understanding. Brian explained what he was doing and why and what I should expect as a result. Brian wore a face mask for protection and had covers for his boots. Once Brian discovered the problem, he let me know what the issue was and my options to correct the issue. Brian also took the time to talk with me about future maintenance and options

Pat is awesome! He took the time to explain everything to me and finally I understand what has been wrong with my furnace for 15 years. I'm so glad I called Triple A and Pat came out.
The bad news was that the estimator came out and gave me a sky high estimate for fixing go the problem. Priced his way right out of a job. Again Pat was awesome and took the time to explain what was going on and possible remedies

Chris did the maintenance on my furnaces and was very thorough. I like that I got a text message several minutes before his arrival that he would soon be at my home! I came home to find our Nest Thermostat not working. I tried to trouble shoot the problem on my own but unable to figure it out. I called AAA Northgate - on a Sunday - and John the technician who was on-call, came to our home within less than an hour. He figured out the problem quickly and even offered to do our fall furnace maintenance while he was there so I didn't have to schedule a separate visit for that service. We have been a part of AAA Northgate maintenance program for several years and have always been pleased with their customer service. I would highly recommend their company for your

When our AC went out, I called, and they returned it within an hour. They got us scheduled the next day (busy season for them), and Pat, the technician, showed up right on time. We got a text saying he was on his way too, which was a bonus.
He quickly got to work, which included replacing a blown capacitor and cleaning the unit. Within a half-hour, Pat had us up and running, and everything came with a 2-year warranty. He also let us know how the AC looked overall, including refrigerant.
All in all, the whole experience was great. We will be using AAA Northgate in the future.

Tim was awesome. He was pleasant and professional. Tim was very knowledgeable and willing to answer the questions I had. He was very thorough and efficient and quickly diagnosed the issue. He let me know that the part would take a few days to get and seemed genuinely disappointed he could not get our AC unit repaired right away. He did a awesome job. I am definitely a AAA Northgate customer for life. The entire team at AAA Northgate are AWESOME. A great BIG THANKS to them all.

If I could give no stars I would. We were having issues with our A/C short cycling. We believed we needed a C wire but wanted to make sure nothing else was wrong. First thing the technician said when he walked in the door was that it was our nest thermostat and that he has had to change several of them out. It seemed like he already had a predetermined thought and didn't care to explore other options. Even after we expressed our concerns! We told him we believed we needed a C wire and his response was "if you needed a C wire the a/c wouldn't even be running in the first place."

Completely rude and unprofessional... Called looking for an estimate on repairs for a HVAC and plumbing repairs on a home we are renovating. .
She was rude and unprofessional and after speaking with her for a minute or two... She got frustrated and said she didn't have time for this and hung up the call.....
