Melton and Sons installed a new AC unit for me a few years back, as time past I would call them when things went wrong and was never able to get anyone to come out. I had been told before that the unit installed was actually to small for my home. Well I found a very good company and got under their service plan, as they were checking the unit in the attic it appears that it was not level, had no safety switch, and there was water standing in my ceiling which explains why I had to have a ceiling repair before. I was also told that the way it was set up that it would have NEVER pasted state inspection
