I can’t say enough good things about this company. When our AC went out in July and every other company told us it would be 3 days to 2 weeks for them to just come out and evaluate, Rich’s was there within two hours. Both Stratton and Jordan were very professional and helpful! Will be calling them for any future needs we have!

Customer services provided by Rich's Heating & Air was outstanding. My AC was out for about 5 days. I called Rich's H&A Wednesday morning and they came out around 12:26 same day. I called other AC companies but the earliest they could come out was Monday of the following week. Kyle Darden was very courteous and professional. I had never heard of this company prior, and was kinda uncertain of their reputation. But once Kyle introduced himself and started checking out the system I felt confident I made the right choice. He communicated diagnostic results and cost prior to moving forward. Everything

When our A/C unit broke, we called Rich's and they sent someone out THAT SAME DAY. They were on time, quick, and cost effective. They had amazing service. We had an amazing technician, Stratton, and the customer service representative was very helpful. If we ever have another HVAC issue, we're only calling Rich's.
