Lakebrink Refrigeration was founded by Herb Lakebrink of Union, MO in 1957. Herb began his business after serving time in the United States Army and serving in the Korean War where he served in a refrigeration detachment. Lakebrink's offered sales and service on commercial refrigeration, heating and air conditioning, and appliances.

This company billed me for service in which they didn't complete. I called them to send someone out to give me a quote on new HVAC system. The tech showed up and told me what I already knew and said I would get a phone call with my quote. Never got phone a call and never received my quote. Yet they still sent me a bill for doing nothing. Would give rating of 0 if I could.

We had Ben from Lakebrink come to our house after having difficulty with a furnace that is 15 years old and suddenly didn't light. We had used another company which did troubleshoot extensively, and couldn't solve the issue after a number of visits. Exhausted after waking at 3 am with the house temperature at 60, we decided to try Lakebrink. Luckily, they were able to send Ben that day. Ben was professional, expedient and well versed due to his training. He was able to quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, and more importantly was able to FIX the problem allowing the system to work normally

Definitely a 5 star company. I have a 15 year old Carrier system. Last Saturday night it shut down. Got it working but only heat pump and not auxiliary heat. Kathy took my call and was pleasant and professional. She conferred with a service technician and offered to send him out but the system came back on. At 7:30 am Monday service technician Ben showed up. In an hour he found the problem. Bad circuit breaker. Special order. He showed up two days later and installed the breaker and the system is up and perfect. Donna took my calls and was helpful and professional. Ben was courteous, expert and

We've had Lakebrink service our AC the last two years now. They are always very polite, professional, and thorough. We will definitely keep using this company! This might not matter to some people, but I really appreciate that they always wear shoe covers when they come in the house as most companies don't don't require their service reps to wear them.

They made 2 attempts to fix air conditioner and were responsive when it went out after first attempt so I will give them 2 stars for that. But I had to call a retired HVAC repairman who is a relative to drive out and fix it, which I was trying to avoid because he had to drive quite aways. Took him about 45 minutes and he said it was a hard connector to reach but he got it to work and it’s been running fine now for over a month so now I can delay buying a new system for awhile as Lakebrink was recommending.

Excellent work. They took the time to diagnose my system, even though it was a tough issue to locate. They suggested a great system, and replaced my old system quickly and efficiently. Their techs are great at their jobs and with customer interaction. Lakebrink will be my HVAC company of choice as long as they're in business around here.

Had such a great experience! Today was the first heat advisory of the summer and the air at my work went out. When the technician arrived he was very kind and worked fast to fix the issue. Now the air is running nice and cold the staff and customers really appreciate it. Thanks for the job well done!
