It has been a hot start to summer here in Lake St. Louis and my upstairs was not cooling at all. Called C & S not expecting an appointment for the same day; however, they were able to get someone out the same day I called. When the technician arrived, he was polite and checked the units downstairs and went outside to check the units. While checking the outside units we noticed one of the them wasn't working at all. The technician open the unit not running and found what appeared to be a mouse nest. The mice apparently chewed through some wires causing the unit not work. The tech repaired the wires

I called for an HVAC system clean and inspection. They had a tech out 1st thing the next morning. Their price was less than any other company. Dave the technician was great. He was thorough and took the time to show me the dirty components of my system and even offered several tips to pro long the life of my system. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the great service.

In purchasing a home in Greenwood Village, the owner, Mr. Erickson was employed to inspect and repair broken and improperly working air conditioning units. While at first glance the units were operational after Mr. Erickson's work, within 48 hours two of the four units were back to inoperable in one way, shape or form. Mr. Erickson certified that all units had been cleaned, filters changed, and were operable at the completion of his work. I'm not sure how long we've been using C&S , but I know 30 yrs at least and there is a reason for that. All of them are good people, especially Dave. I have no idea how many times he has been in our house...25 times? Doing repairs, doing fall check-up or replacing the a/c, I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Easy to schedule and have always been on time.

We couldn’t be happier with C & S Heating and Cooling. We had a whole new HVAC system installed. Nate the technician was very efficient and very polite.
