Im to say the least very impressed by the service from the first call to service with in an hour the technician steven was very helpful explaining things i feel secure with his knowledge and kindness let alone it was a Saturday morning and a holiday weekend im going to recommend and use them always and im very grateful for the immediate attention just excellent service all the way around !

My and my girlfriend were in dire need of assistance with our air conditioning. We went through our warranty company and they used horrible contractor to fix our AC. For over a month with no AC. Called Brush and they had it fixed in minutes. I will be using them from now on.

Amazing customer service. I needed quick response when I discover the upstairs unit wasn't cooling (thank goodness for the Nest notification). The timing of my call was perfect because he was here within 30m. He discovered the problem and quickly resolved it!

AC went out Friday evening. They called me back within 5 minutes and had someone at the house early the next morning. The service tech was very kind and patient. Had me up and running quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained things. Appreciate the great customer service (from the original bid when we built to every time we have called with questions).
