Renaud Brothers came out on a service request through my home warranty company. TJ contacted me immediately and arrived at my house less than 30 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem, returned to the shop for a part, and came back out to complete the repair. Total time from start to finish was less than 2 hours. Excellent customer service!! I don't typically post online reviews, but felt compelled to do so based on their exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend Renaud Brothers!

Great company to have come out and service your HVAC. Renaud Brothers was contacted by my home warranty company last Friday evening and TJ was at my house first thing Saturday morning. After discussing options regarding repairs to the current (undersized) system original to the house, we went with a full replacement of both the air conditioner and furnace, along with adding indoor air quality features. The equipment was just installed today and the installers did great work and were very professional. I would recommend Renaud Brothers to anyone.

I was quoted price, availability, and installation date, all within one day. There were no surprises, or hidden cost. The installation went exactly as described. Amazing service! Very knowledgeable and professional. I just put in my service request today and they came out today to diagnose why my Hvac unit for the second floor was not running as it should. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and get my AC unit running while telling me what preventative measures he has done to see if there are deeper issues. Thank you for coming out on such short notice!! We really appreciate it extra on this really really hot day.
