The workers from Hoock's Heating and Cooling were very professional and expert at their job. They not only checked my system to make sure it was working properly and fixed a problem, they made sure it will continue to work properly in the future. They also gave us tips on what to look for on how to fix the problem before they came out to check the system and recommended a plumber because we also had some pipe issues that they discovered for us. They were very kind and friendly as well.

UPDATE 11/8/21: Called Russ back for a heating system installation. So responsive - he made time to check out our issue and he laid out the every option clearly and with our needs in mind. The actual install was efficient and he took the time to explain what he’d done and ensured we knew what we needed to know. It couldn’t have been better.

We love our new system Russ installed. He is a perfectionist, and made changes that previous installers did wrong. The filter system he put on our new unit has given us an air quality in our home that was noticeable within six hours, that was a surprise. Russ is very very professional knowledgeable and informative. Very clean and got me scheduled in a short amount of time. Gave me a great working system works sooo much better then my old one. My house feels completely different from before it’s so cold in here I’m actually shocked because I’ve never been able to feel the air coming out of my vents and now I do! When we bought our new home the ac hardly blew, it IEP getting so hot inside and never shut off all day long or even close to keeping up. The kids rooms were hitting 90° most days. After opening up the crawl space one day and noticing how cold it was I grabbed knee pads and decided to investigate the ducts underneath myself. Upon inspecting it the flexible duct was ripped away 3/4 of the way and pouring the ac into the crawl space vs the home. Water was leaking like crazy and had fill it it and made it hit the ground and still dripping like crazy. I called another company first who said they could
