Second time we have had FAO out for floors in our Orlando home, they did a great job as expected, they were able to get materials on time, Sam at the store communicated with every step and their subcontractor did a good job with the install. Everything was on time and on budget. We would do business with them for a third time without question.

We had a great experience with Flooring America. We spoke with a salesperson named Mark who was very helpful and went out of his way to find us the floor we wanted. The installers were quick to respond and did an excellent job at the installation. We found that both sales and installation were excellent at communicating. Additionally, their pricing was very reasonable and lower than any other competitors that we looked into. I definitely recommend using this company. I was very happy with all aspects of the experience we had.

We were very pleased with Flooring America in Ocoee. We had LVP installed after talking with Sam Hancock in the showroom. Sam shared all the differences in flooring types and helped us figure out what was best for our family and budget. The process was easy and scheduling was quick. My husband and I just bought a new house and needed to tile the entire home. The sales representatives we dealt with were great and when we had issues with our tile order they made sure to fix the problem. They made sure that our deadline was met. However, after that the nightmare began. We decided to get labor through Flooring America and the experience was horrible. We were unaware that they hire third party contractors/workers. Communication was terrible and they contracted different workers for every step of the project which made it very hard to hold anyone accountable for any problems. Workers

My experience with Flooring America was mixed until their first day of installation after that it kept getting bad, I got my new home 3 months ago and had to get entire house in Hardwood flooring. Flooring was delivered on time that was a good part. First day of installation the guys did a good job for that day only but the mistakes they did we found it later.

The customer care my wife and I received from Sheila and Eric was outstanding. The tiles we picked were outstanding, the overall experience, and the delays due to wrong delivery and follow up service for mistakes were atrocious. Our experience started off poorly with the wrong color tile which they caught and corrected immediately. The 2nd delivery took a few days and still the same problem. We decided on another tile and it was great.
